Msw media. Hello, and welcome to the Daily beans for Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026. Today, Trump ordered the Pentagon to curtail military exercises with our ally South Korea. A top admiral has conceded the abysmal conditions on the USS Abraham Lincoln. Jared Kushner is meeting with Hamas to advance Trump's vision for Gaza. The White House took steps to withholding funding from Colorado over Tina Peters. Donald is threatening to bomb our ally Oman if they cut a deal with Iran. The Supreme Court again rejects Trump's push to get his $5.8 million back from E. Jean Carroll. The NAACP is joining the legal team looking into the death of Nolan Wells. And Washington is poised to elect the first out black trans woman to a state legislature in United States history. I'm Alison Gill.
And I'm Dana Goldberg. Hi.
I feel confident saying Happy Tuesday because there is some actual happy news.
There is some news. I love things like this. I mean, E. Jean Carroll, come on.
What? How many times can you win? I agree. Do you see her tweet where she's like, no, they don't just let you do it, Donald. I thought that was pretty great. She's just fabulous. There is nothing not fabulous about that woman.
Yeah, she's a badass. And congratulations to our dear friend.
Yes. And we're going to talk about that a little more in depth on tomorrow's cleanup on aisle 45 podcast. And today on Beans Talk, which is a whole other podcast that we do on our MSW Media Media YouTube page, age. Trump's crypto firm has been granted bank status, which should terrify.
This whole thing is insane. That the grift that we think that he's been stealing from this country until now and gotten away with literally murder. Strap on. Strap in.
Yeah, because it gets way, way, way, way worse. And we're going to talk about that over on Beans Talk today. But we will have your moxie moment at the end. Your little moment is on, so it's a good one today. it's a nice palate, cle. You know, you learn the hard stuff, and then. Then you get to see cute animals doing cute things. It's. It's a win. Win all the way around.
Absolutely.
All right, we have a lot of news to get to here on the Daily Beans today, so let's hit the hot notes. Hot notes. All right, first up from the Times, President Trump said on Sunday that he had instructed the Pentagon to reduce joint military exercises with South Korea, a longtime U.S. ally and a linchpin of America's national security strategy. In the Asia Pacific region. Now, the announcement may heighten growing worries among Asian allies over what the United States is now willing to do to deter China. Given the enormous distraction and resource drain of the US Israel war against Iran, the United States is running low on critical weapons and has been moving military resources out of Asia to the Middle East. In a convoluted social media post, is there another kind from Donald Trump? Donald complained that Seoul did not join us in the denude nuclearization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Neither did the United States, by the way.
Thank you. In the same post, he said North Korea under Kim Jong Un has been unthreatening and respectful while he's been president. Now, in his post, Trump didn't mention a rift in relations in 2017 when the North Korean leader called him a mentally deranged dotard after Trump delivered a speech at the UN threatening to totally destroy North Korea if the United States had to defend itself or its allies. Guess that just slipped his mind. What's left of it. The US And South Korean militaries have held joint exercises. Dana, for more than 70 years.
Wow.
Since 1955, after the 1953 armistice that ended the Korean War. Now, the Pentagon was taken aback by Trump's sudden announcement. And that's according to a senior US Military official. Man, when you've negatively surprised ksef.
exactly.
Now, just last week, an official with US And South Korean Combined Forces Command told reporters that the exercises would simulate combat against North Korean troops who have gained crucial experience while fighting for Russia in its war against Ukraine. They're also arming Iran against the United States. I mean, again, I am not a foreign policy expert by any means, but come on. I mean, this is also just another kick in the head to veterans and our allies. I mean, and Taiwan. Geez, it's just 800 things wrong with this. And, it's extremely frustrating because I know a lot of people who worked really, really hard for years on our relationship with South Korea.
Agreed. You know, and speaking of our allies, this one is from the Times. Service at sea, and I quote, for long periods isn't for everyone. That's the head of the United States Central Command. That's what they said on Sunday after visiting the beleaguered. That's what they're calling it. USS Abraham Lincoln, the latest American aircraft carrier to report poor living conditions and poor morale after months in the Middle East. The Lincoln, a San Diego based carrier with a crew of about 5,000 sailors, is supporting U.S. operations in the Middle east against Iran. Democratic lawmakers have cited reports of shortages of just basic supplies, water contamination, plumbing issues, the deteriorating mental health aboard the carrier, which has been deployed, by the way, for almost nine months.
Yeah, and not just deployed. Like they haven't even hit a port.
Wow.
They've been a sea for nine months.
Apparently Admiral Brad Cooper insisted in a statement posted on social media that and I quote, the Lincoln currently has among the lowest number of cases related to mental health among the Navy's 11 active aircraft carriers. Is that supposed to make us feel bad better about the mental health of the Navy?
Yeah. And what are you, you counting it up? Huh? You're just like people who are reporting that they have mental health issues. Because I have to tell you, having been in the military, you don't just volunteer that you have mental health issues.
Right. That's a really good point. And this is a quote from Cooper. He said that doesn't mean that all is perfect. A, day after visiting the carrier, he said that a long deployment at sea is uniquely challenging and tough and every single one of us, including me, reacts to stressors in different ways. The admiral's comments differed from those of his boss. That would be Trump, who on Friday just dismissed concerns completely about difficult conditions reported aboard the ship. He was asked whether he was concerned about the crew's mental health and whether he thought the deployment had gone on too long. And the President goes no, no, no. And he added, not nearly long enough. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth also dismissed reports last week about the grim m conditions aboard the USS Lincoln, saying the situation has been misrepresented.
Two guys that hid in a catering cart. These two guys.
Shit. Still, the Navy is sending the aircraft carrier George Washington to relieve the Lincoln, according to US official who spoke on the condition of anonymity. The official was not authorized to speak publicly of course about ship schedules. Now why I feel like this is a whole thing of like, you know, a few good men. Why would you need to transfer him if he wasn't in danger at the base? Why would you need to have them go out and relieve the ship if they were in perfect living conditions and everything was fine?
That's just when we were going to do it already.
And it's really disheartening for morale. These military families sacrifice so much. Ah. With their loved ones at sea and all the sacrifices that they make for the country. And Trump is just in kegseth are like, no, it's nothing. Nothing's wrong. Nope. And we're talking about a five time deferred draft Guy, I was just about
to say, you know.
Now. Next up from the post, Trump on Monday threatened to bomb Oman.
Okay.
Which has been in talks with Iran about a solution to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Oman. Does he just. It's a weird name if they're bad guys. It's just a weird name for a country. So they have to be the bad guys. I don't make the rules. Like, what are you. It's. I got former friends from state who are like, what the Ever loving fucking now. Trump's threat during an interview with Fox News came on the day that the memorandum of understanding intended to achieve a durable peace with Iran officially expired. Not that that thing was worth shit anyway. The MOU signed in June in Versailles, by the way, established a 60 day truce period and specifically declared that Iran will conduct dialogue with the Sultanate of Oman to define the future administration and maritime services in the Strait of Hormuz. The ceasefire collapsed last month. Really? I thought, was it ever established? But the ceasefire, according to the Post, at least collapsed last month amid renewed airstrikes. Yeah, that'll do it.
Yeah, that'll actually end a ceasefire. When you send a message, fire. Yeah, when you fire.
But that marked the formal end of the 60 day truce period. And from the times. Jared Kushner is meeting with Hamas leaders in Egypt on Sunday. According to two Hamas officials and others briefed on the meetings, the talks were part of a diplomatic push to advance Trump's plan for the future of Gaza. So he sent a real estate developer and his rich son in law.
Gives you maybe a little window into what the plans for Gaza are.
Always have been. His. His father said it on a hot fucking mic and Jared Kushner looked at him like, shut the fuck up.
Yeah, I remember now. Mr. Kushner's visit to the Middle east comes as the US backed plan to disarm Hamas has appeared to hit a dead end. Really? Last month, Trump announced that his board of Peace has reached an agreement with Hamas that aimed to strip the Palestinian group of its weapons.
Bullshit.
Now, the Prime Minister, Bibi Netanyahu of Israel later said he rejects the deal, appearing to put it on ice. After the meeting with Hamas on Sunday, Kushner was expected to travel to Israel to meet with Netanyahu to discuss the situation in Gaza. Though Mr. Kushner does not hold any official US government position, Mr. Trump has tapped him alongside with, as I said, real estate developer Steve Witkoff to lead diplomacy on matters as diverse as Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the Israel, Hamas, war. Boy, I feel. I feel better about the whole situation, don't you?
I just don't understand these people that are like, Trump's good for Israel. Trump is going to meet with Hamas and broker a deal so he can make Gaza the Riviera of the Middle East. He is making a business arrangement with an organization who wants to get rid of Israel as a state and disseminate all of the Israeli people. How are you squaring the circle when you're still thinking Trump is actually there to protect you? It just blows my mind.
The organization that attacked Israel on October 7th.
Thank you. and you're not taking away their weapons. Give me a break. I just. This is always what it was supposed to be. And Netanyahu and Trump are busties. You don't, The leaders of these two areas are the ones that don't care about their people. They don't care about the people living in either of these places. They want the land, they want the money, they want to develop. It's just disgusting. Yeah. Okay, moving on. This is from Ms. Now, exactly one year ago this week, Donald Trump threatened to impose harsh measures on the state of Colorado. Lesson agreed to release election denier Tina Peters from prison several years before her sentence runs its course. The degree to which the president was serious is still coming into focus. The New York Times reported late last week, for example, that as Trump publicly condemned the Rocky Mountain State for incarcerating a convicted felon.
How dare they.
The White House organized an urgent brainstorm call. Let's just call it a storm call.
Yeah. Can you imagine the drought in a Trump brainstorm call?
No. There were five federal agencies involved with this. The goal of the call was exploring ways to curtail federal support to Colorado. The meeting evidently was a success, by the way, at least as far as the administration was concerned. This is from the article, and this is a quote. The day after the brainstorm call, the Department of Transportation and Department of Energy, whose representatives were invited to the brainstorm, announced that they were canceling hundreds of millions of dollars in federal grants to Colorado's projects. State officials say the email, which was revealed in a federal court hearing on Tuesday, is the clearest evidence yet that the Trump administration marshaled government resources to retaliate against Colorado over its use of mail in ballots and its conviction of Ms. Peters, a county clerk who was found guilty in a plot to tamper with the voting machines after the 2020 election. A few months later, the Republican administration also took steps to dismantle a renowned science lab in Colorado, which also appeared to be an extension of an aggressive retaliation scheme. Now, while the pattern is not new, what is new is the newly disclosed document. We're now aware of an email sent by the White House Special Assistant, Emily Underwood, just days after the president published a series of messages related to Peters, which reinforces rather obvious suspicions that the administration's campaign against Colorado was not just a mere coincidence. Team Trump set out to punish the state and then took a variety of steps to execute that plan. Now, it's worth emphasizing here that the gambit, what was effectively an extortion plot hatched by the White House against an American state. It proved effective. In mid May, Polis succumbed to pressure and announced his commutation for Peters. And everyone was like, why the fuck is he doing this? This is why. He was trying to protect his state, and it still didn't matter. And by the way, that was all done because he was trying to commute a conviction felon who illegally tried to use her office in pursuit of pro Trump election conspiracy theories.
This is why I said to Jared Polis, like, on social media platforms, got called his office. I was like, look, if you're being extorted, tell us, Go on to a press conference and say, Donald Trump is threatening to defund this giant science project. Defund our. This. Take this money away. Take these grants away. Take our federal funding away.
Yeah.
Unless I commute Tina Peters sentence. I am loathe to do that. What do y' all think?
Yeah. Because that's exactly what happened.
We're not nine. We knew what was happening, and it was just. It was disheartening to see somebody succumb to that. Yeah. Without speaking out against it. I'm wondering if they have a suit of, maybe a civil action that they can bring to make sure that they get these dollars. But interestingly enough, Tina Peters was just hired by a Northern California district, Shasta County.
Oh, boy.
To work as an elections consultant or something. So there's that.
You're gonna see so much fucking shenanigans this November. Oh, my God.
Indivisible's like, you know, because we just got word, and we'll talk about this tomorrow, that Hermeet Dylan is gonna send a thousand people from the DOJ out to observe elections. Right. They used to. Doj used to do that. To make sure that marginalized people were able to vote, not to intimidate people from voting.
Right.
So they're misusing that function and that law. They're misinterpreting the spirit of that statute. But I think Indivisible is recruiting tens of thousands of people to deploy to kind of also watch the watchers. Good. good. Yeah. And I think that's one of the best things that we can do to put to use the giant community that we built by having three single, historically large, no kings rallies.
Yeah.
Including. And then plus the hands off rally and everything else. And the national general strike that we did and all that. So, I'm looking forward to seeing what they're able to put to their training people right now at Indivisible. So check it out. Also, here's an interesting story. The NAACP's Office of General counsel has announced that it's joining the legal team surrounding the death of Nolan Wells. That's that young black man who died under circumstances that remain insufficiently explained when he was on a trip with his friends.
Oh, I remember.
The NAACP is America's oldest and largest civil rights organization. Quote, we're taking up this fight to search for truth and transparency surrounding the death of Nolan Wells. That's Kristen Clark, general counsel of the naacp, drawing on the association's long history of pushing for full and fair investigations when black lives are lost under suspicious circumstances, we will help bring additional investigative resources to bear and work to ensure that no stone is left unturned in seeking answers and accountability for Nolan's family. Clark previously served in the U.S. department of justice as the Assistant Attorney General for civil rights. For more than a century, the NAACP has challenged systems that fail to fully investigate and account for the deaths of black people, particularly when early explanations leave families and communities with more questions than answers. The association's legal work has consistently centered on ensuring that law enforcement and government officials exercise the full force of their authority to uncover the truth and deliver justice. Quote, the world is watching, and Nolan Wells family deserves a thorough accounting of what happened. That's Derek Johnson, president and CEO of the naacp, who went on to say, too often the deaths of young black people are dismissed, downplayed, or inadequately investigated unless we demand answers. Our involvement in this case is part of our ongoing commitment to make sure those answers are pursued with urgency and respect for black lives. Now, as part of its role, the NAACP's Office of General counsel will work alongside the Wells legal team, which includes civil rights attorney, as you know, Ben Crump, to press for comprehensive fact finding, to advocate for transparency from relevant authorities, and support efforts to ensure that Nolan's family receives the information and accountability they are due. At the 117th NAACP National Convention in Chicago last month. Nolan Wells family, the NAACP and attorney Ben Crump announced the results of an independent autopsy. The autopsy's finding that Nolan Wells manner of death remains undetermined underscores the importance of a thorough and transparent investigation. As the search for answers continues, the NAACP Office of General Counsel remains committed to pursuing every available avenue to uncover the truth surrounding Nolan Wells death. The association will stand with the Wells family in demanding transparency, accountability and a complete investigation while continuing long standing fight to ensure that no black life is overlooked, dismissed or denied justice.
Thank you so much. And from Aaron Reed at Aaron in the Morning. Jaylen Scott is paving the way for black transgender women and girls in Washington.
Woo woo.
Yep. Scott secured the Democratic nomination for Washington's 37th legislative district, located in Seattle earlier this month. She faces Yvonne McCorkle, a college student running as an independent in the general election. But Scott is widely regarded as the projected winner of this race in November, which would make her the first openly trans black woman to be selected to a state legislature in the country. And I just want to point out here there are many black trans women that are in like city council positions. Andrea Jenkins is one of them. She's the president or had been the president of the city council in Minneapolis. And so this is the first state legislative office in the country. It's a welcome reprieve from the current tenor of trans politics in the state. Conservative groups, they poured millions of dollars and countless hours into anti trans statewide ballot initiatives this year, including two in Washington, one to ban trans girls from most women's sports teams and schools, and another that would forcibly out trans students. And this is a quote. The engineers of Project 2025 have handpicked millionaires and billionaires to move a ballot meas promotes this administration's agenda in blue states. This is what Scott told the crowd at a no Kings rally last year. We will not let authoritarians dictate how we legislate in the state. Scott follows Mo Turner, a black and non binary lawmaker who was elected to Oklahoma's legislature in 2020, making them the first out black trans person to hold such position. They left office in 2024 and did not seek reelection. Michigan is also expected to elect Joanna Whaley, a progressive, to its state legislature this November. If she wins, she will be the first out trans woman ever elected in that state, joining Rep. Emily Dievendorf, who is non binary in the state's legislature. By the way, you can read all about this amazing stuff on Erin's substack. It's called Erin in the Morning. Definitely give it a follow. She's incredible. And I just really love to see this happening. With everything that's going on in the country, all the hate and lies about the trans community, to see trans members of our society starting to put themselves and get elected into power positions to make decisions that can greatly impact their own lives.
Yeah, I think it's incredible. And, again, big shout out to Erin Reed and Erin in the Morning. It's, free to subscribe to her substack. Please do so. There's so much really, really good information. You can really keep your finger on the pulse of what's going on in the trans community and the LGBTQ community writ large by following Aaron.

All right, we have some good news we have to get to, but we have to take a quick break, so stick around. We'll be right back. Hey. So I think one of the biggest mistakes a business owner can make is becoming the person who feels like you have to do everything for yourself. You just don't delegate anything. Bob and I are on our way to completing our national park bucket list and have done four so far on this trip. I can't tell you how angry and devastated I am to see what the fuck Watt is doing to them. Our beautiful parks. We witnessed firsthand what he has done to the National Mall. And no, his actions are threatening places like Big Bend, Bears Ears, and Grand Staircase Escalante. These wild, unforgiving, beautiful lands will be forever marred by his actions. And that infuriates me beyond belief. But we can help by supporting groups like Democracy Forward, who have sued the regime for removing, quote, offensive historical signage, and the National Parks Conservation association and Native American Rights foundation who are pushing back against his actions. Love it.
Thank you so much. That's a great good trouble. Really appreciate it all.
right, next up from Scott. Pronouns he and him. I loved hearing about Dana's recent roller skating experience. My girlfriend and I used to skate a lot as kids. A few years ago I got new skates and I recently I bought new skates for her as a birthday present. We're 58 and 50 and getting quad skates makes us feel a lot younger. We took her daughter and grandsons to the rink up here near Sacramento last Saturday and it was a, blast. We also skated a few weeks ago at the Presidio Chrissy Field in San Francisco. Photo attached. So much fun. I am telling you, like there was probably a 6 year old guy in there just like kicking it on the skates, doing the backward crossover and dancing. And then of course there's like three year olds learning how to skate with those like tri walkers that they make now out of like, you know, piping. Piping? No, just pipe piping is for cakes. but it's actually amazing. I love this. I love that you all roller skate. I did feel like a kid again. It was kind of awesome.
Look at this. And an REM fan. Heck yeah. Thanks, Scott. Appreciate. That's a beautiful shot too. The Golden Gate behind you.
Yeah. Yep.
All right, next up from Kathy Pronoun she and her thank you so much for informing us, inspiring us and making us laugh. I live in a red county in southern Illinois and we have a Trumpian U.S. congressman who we would love to defeat. Our Democratic candidate is Julie Fortier. I hope I'm pronouncing that properly. F O R T I E R. A veteran scientist and mother and wife who's not taking any PAC money. She's pledged to hold a town hall in each of the 32 counties in the 12th district and is on track to keep that promise. My friend Kathleen and I, two retirees and enthusiastic cussers in our 70s, are holding our first ever political fundraiser in September to support Julie. And we've so far collected over $2,500 and we're still going. Nice. That's amazing. We're thrilled with the enthusiasm for our candidate who is considered the underdog in this race. But blue wave in November. My pod, Tara for pictures of my granddaughter, her mom and her aunt in the first Women's March in 2017 in St. Louis. And the second picture is her last fall at no Kings with her brother and me. I'm so proud of her for already being a voice for our democracy. Look at this. Three generations marching against bigotry.
I m love it. It's a good looking family.
And look at that teamwork sign by the youngest. So adorable. oh, here they all are, all growns up. No king in America.
So cute.
Perfect. Thank you so much, Kathy. That was amazing. I look forward to more updates. Yeah.
Next up from Bob. Hi Bob. Pronouns, he and him. Hello AG and dg. I appreciated your piece on Trump making decoys of his press pool and support staff so he and the chosen few could escape safely. However, there's an element that would make for good trouble. The administration knew that if the plane gift was shot down, the admin would likely play all of them as martyrs in the press, just like they did with Charlie Kirk. Everyone could start calling out this decision and labeling it as Charlie Kirking. Deliberately putting your expendable team at risk of death and then using any deaths as propaganda fodder. Keep this betrayal in the headlines as long as possible. Pet tariff. The first dog is Claire, a 13 year old blank, a sweet dog I adopted two years ago. The second dog is Cody, five year old blank, who's a non stop bundle of energy. These pups are complete joys. Oh my God. Well, the second dog is definitely an Aussie, I think.
Yeah. Look at those beautiful eyes. Now this, look at this guy, this beefy. Claire. Excuse me, this, this beautiful lady. Yeah. Claire. I don't know anything about that. I'm gonna go with your thing that you do because of the spots. Maybe there's part healer in there.
I would say blue healer, but I don't know what else we've got.
And maybe Pitti or Staffy or something like that, but maybe that's a beefy girl and I love her. Let's see what we got. A healer whipper mix, huh? Okay. All right. And a border Aussie Oh, I don't know. M. I'm not from. It's like a different. Is that a cross between maybe a border collie and an Australian shepherd?
Yeah.
Adorable dog, Blue Merle.
Beautiful.
Yeah. So cute. Bob, thank you very much, for this. That's a really, really good point that you bring up about decoys and fodder and propaganda, martyr deaths and whatnot. I mean, he's just such a pile of. All right, next up, from anonymous, pronouns she and her, hi, ag and DG from Amy in Dana Point, California. By the way, Dana Point is beautiful.
Beautiful.
My husband and I are close by in South OC That's Orange county and California born and raised. I have a recommendation. Someone wrote in with an amazing Tomato Garden and AG mentioned that it is BLT season here in SoCal. Decades ago, we discovered that adding a nice slice of red onion along with avocado to a BLT made it extraordinary. I slather mine with mayo on sourdough bread, and, it's insane. We call it the bloat. Bacon, lettuce, onion, avocado, and tomato. Love you guys. Thanks for trying to keep all of us sane during this major shit show. Two photos attached. Van, who made it to 14, but crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2022. I'm so sorry, but that resulted in rescuing this guy Jaeger six weeks later when he was four. Jaeger just turned eight last week. Oh, my goodness. Look at these two beautiful babies.
Gorgeous. That gentleman.
The gentleman, right? That's like an English professor dog.
Oh, my God, look at those eggs.
Those kinds of dogs need to have, like, one of those old timey pipes. And a shorter jacket with smoky patches on the elbow. Yeah.
Yeah. All right, next up from Nikki Pronoun. She and her my nephew's blank puppy, Daisy got a summer haircut. Love your show, especially the swearing. That looks like a lasso apso.
Yeah, yeah, I thought it was a shih Tzu, but you're right, it's a Lhasa. Look at that cutie baby. Thanks, Nikki. You want to take the next one too?
Sure. It's from Erica Pronoun. She and her hola beans. It's the day after the Tarragona solar eclipse. Tarragona solar eclipse day. If you've been tracking, you, know what number it is? I have not been keeping track, so I'm just calling it the next day. Erica, we've been loving your posts. Palma de Mallarca. Did. Sorry, did I send this already? I don't know. My brain is all the way off, and I can only look at things and appreciate food.
Good for you.
Palm is yet another town built upon towns before it. Over and over. There's Moorish architecture, Renaissance architecture, modern architecture, all the architectures of the region. The streets are narrow and winding, which feels magical. unlike the other places we've been, Palman does not have a plethora of public drinking fountains. However, also unlike most places we've been, it has plenty of shady areas with seating, so a person whose internal organs are melting can sit and rest a spell. I ate my first bravas, roasted potato wedges covered in a lightly spicy sauce. They're like the Spanish version of poutine, and they were delicious. I also wandered into an art museum. They had several delightful exhibits the day after. This is an at sea day. And then it's the French Riviera. Yay. Nice.
Or what are you. Are you going to like Marseille or set Nice. That kind of area? Like, I think Erica said that they
were going to Marseille. Erica's one of my dissenters. She's part of my Patreon. So that's the only reason I know she was at the last, Zoom meeting. And I think she's going to Marseille because I told her to go to the walls that they had in the old town, Marseille, where it used to be one of the highest heroin areas in the world. And when they cleaned it up, they kept the art, street art. And so now all of these street artists go and just these winding, winding streets of incredible, incredible street art. And it's right off, like, the wharf, like the main wharf area that looks a little bit like the wharf in San Francisco, to be honest with you. So if you go up into the walls, into the walled street, it's just beautiful.
Oh, very, very cool.
I. I think I'm getting this right. I, don't think I'm confusing her with someone else, but we'll see.
Yeah. Mercy is one of the stops that is on my thing that. Well, we're going to Villa Frank, which is right next door.
Nice.
and also, where's the casino Monte Carlo? I always think of the fictional town. I think it's a fictional town. I could be totally wrong. It might be real, but in the movie Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Bon mon sur mer. You know, where they, Steve Martin and Michael Caine go. And anyway, this is beautiful art installation. Look at that. Wow. And a castle, because they just have castles all over the place.
All over the place.

Oh, my God.
She failed to appear in court today on an assault charge from two years ago.
No.
Yeah, Green Party Jill Stein. You know, the one who pops up every four years and tries to take votes away from the Democrats.
Yeah, the one that raised all kinds of money for a recount that didn't do it. It. Yeah, yeah, Jill Stein, the one.
The one who was dining with Putin and Mike Flynn.
Yeah, Manafort, that Jill Stein.
That's the one.
Warrant issued for something bigger comes out of this.
