msw media. Hello and welcome to the Daily beans for Friday, March 27, 2026. Today, the Pentagon is considering diverting Ukraine military aid to the Middle east after failing to indict her on mortgage fraud. Bill Pulte has referred Letitia James for insurance fraud. Rep. Dalaro says DHS is choosing not to pay TSA workers as the shutdown continues. The stock market saw its worst day since Trump's Iran war began. A Trump backed Utah redistricting repeal fails to make the ballot, and a judge has thrown out Twitter's lawsuit against advertisers. I'm Alison Gill.

And I'm Dana Goldberg. We made it.

We made it through another week.

We did. We did. This was like a really long one. But we're here and, we're here with John Figelsang's hair. So it's going to be a good day.

Yes, it's Fuglsang Fridays on the Daily Beans. So we're going to talk to John and his fantastic hair later in the show. Also, no Kings 3 is tomorrow. I'm really excited about this.

Yeah, it's wild that it's here already. And I think we'll have another one before the election. But I'm really interested to see the numbers this time because I think we're gonna blow no Kings two out of the water. I mean, when you already have 5,000 more no king rallies on the books, like, you know, scheduled. That's a, that's a big deal.

Yeah, they started with like 1400 with, hands off. No Kings 1. No Kings 2 had 20, 100, 2700. Now we're well over 3000. I think we could see 10 million people hit the streets this weekend. And I'm really excited to watch the footage from Minneapolis, which is the flagship, protests. I, am too, this weekend. We'll have another episode of Unjustified with me and Andy McCabe on Sunday, as well as an episode of the Breakdown over on the Midas Touch Network. And on Sunday, we're having a fundraiser for Harry Dunn at 1pm Pacific, 4pm Eastern. We'll have a link for you to join that make a donation in the show. Notes. His average donation right now, Dana, is like between 18 and 19. He's not taking any corporate PAC money.

I'd love to see it. He's a good man. I really hope that he wins. I'd, love to see him in Congress.

Yeah, he's definitely someone who doesn't run away from a fight and we definitely need fighters right now. So yeah. All right, we got a ton of news to get to. Let's hit the hot notes. Hot notes. All right, first up from the post, the Pentagon is considering whether to divert weapons intended for Ukraine to the Middle east as the war in Iran depletes some of the US Military's most critical munitions, according to three people familiar with the matter. And I'm sure that it's Joe Biden's fault.

Yep.

Although a final decision decision to redirect the equipment has not yet been made. So call your reps. The shift would highlight the growing trade offs required to sustain the U.S. war in Iran. Trump's war of choice, where U.S. cENTCOM has hit more than 9,000 targets in just under four weeks of fighting. The weapons that could be diverted away from Ukraine include air defense interceptor missiles ordered through a NATO program launched last year in which partner countries by US Arms for Kiev, according to three people. So that's partner countries buying our arms for Kiev. And those are, Three people who are the source for this article are speaking on the condition of anonymity to describe the Pentagon's sensitive deliberations. Either that or they were just in a signal chat about it.

Who knows? It could be either one.

Could be the prioritized Ukraine requirements list or Purl Purl initiative has ensured a flow of select military equipment to Kyiv even as the Trump administration has cut off most of the Pentagon's direct security assistance. In a statement, a Pentagon spokesperson said the Defense Department would, quote, ensure that U.S. forces and those of our allies and partners have what they need to fight and win, but declined to otherwise comment. Now, separately, the Pentagon notified Congress Monday it intends to divert $750 million in funding provided by NATO countries through the Pearl program to restock the US Military's own inventories rather than to send additional assistance to Ukraine. So, more costs of this idiotic war of choice?

Billions of dollars. Billions of dollars. This is actually a related story from the Associated Press. Stocks fell sharply Thursday. The oil prices rose as doubt took over again from hope on Wall street about a possible end to this war. S&P 500 slumped 1.7% for its worst day since January. It's back on track for a fifth straight losing week that stretches back to before the Iran war began. And it would be the longest such losing streak in nearly four years. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 469 points, or 1% in the Nasdaq composite sank 2.4% to fall more than 10% below its all time high set earlier this year. That's a steep enough drop that professional investors have a name for it. It's called a correction. It's also a steep enough drop that, Pam Bondi can release the Epstein files. I just wanted to point that out. Stock markets likewise tumbled across much of Asia and Europe. They're the latest flip, those flip flops for financial markets. In a week that began with big hopes after President Trump said productive talks had taken place about ending the war. The problem is he was lying. But Iran denied direct talks were even underway, and then dismissed a US Proposal for a ceasefire that was delivered via Pakistan. Now, concerns over AI's impact, confusion around tariffs and the Iran war, they've kept Wall street in flux. On Thursday, the fighting continued and thousands more U.S. troops neared the region. Iran, meanwhile, tightened its grip on the crucial Strait of Hormuz. Now, it may be creating something like a toll booth for tankers to get past the narrow waterway, which typically sees a fifth of the world's oil exit the Persian Gulf through its customers worldwide.

Dana, it's so ridiculous that now, apparently the goal of the war is to open the Strait of Hormuz, which was open before he started the war.

Right now, the price of a barrel of, Brent crude oil climbed 4.8% to settle at $101.89 as hopes dimmed for a potential return to normal for the straits. Now, that's up from roughly $70 before the war began. Benchmark U.S. crude rose 4.6% to $94.48 per barrel. Now, the rise in oil prices worsened worries about high inflation and sent treasury yields higher in the bond market. The Yield on the 10 year treasury, it jumped 4.42% from 4.33 late Wednesday and from just 3.97 before the war started. That's a significant leap for the bond market. And it's already sent rates higher for mortgages and other kinds of loans for US Households and businesses, which that ends up slowing the economy. A report on Thursday morning says slightly more U.S. workers filed for unemployment benefits last week, though the number is still low compared with historic figures. There's a slowing job market would typically encourage the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates to juice the economy. But hopes have cratered on Wall street for a possible cut to interest rates this year, even though traders came into 2026 forecasting several of them. That's because lower interest rates carry the risk of worsening inflation and the spike in oil prices, that's heightened those worries.

yeah, inflation, I think, some economists said it could get up to over 4% because of oil prices anyway. From Ms. Now. After the Department of Justice failed to convict New York Attorney General Letitia James on charges of mortgage fraud last year, the Trump administration's federal housing chief, Bill Pulte has filed a new criminal referral to the department, this time asking prosecutors to investigate James for insurance fraud. That's according to the criminal referrals obtained by Ms. Now. Palti sent the two criminal referrals to two Trump nominated U.S. attorneys. Jason Redding. Quinone is in the Southern District of Florida. He's the one who's investigating ex CIA chief John Brennan and Andy McCabe and Jim Comey and all of them down there in Eileen Cannon's district and Andrew Boutros of the Northern District of Illinois. The referrals claim that James made misrepresentations in home insurance filings. With Universal Property Insurance and Allstate Insurance Co. In Florida and Illinois, two properties associated with her would be used. These are the same two houses he was going after. Mortgage fraud for now. Pulte, head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, wrote in the Illinois criminal referral that it appears M Ms. James made representations that the house would be occupied by a single adult with no children. Instead, according to the Post, she knew the house was actually occupied by four people, three children and her niece. And in the Florida referral, PT wrote that it appears Ms. James made false representations that her property would be unoccupied five months out of the year. He noted, however, that according to Davis, that assertion is, is, quote, false. The house was, in fact occupied year round by her niece. That's what Pulte added. So once again, I'm sure we will find a bunch of evidence that this is all.

Yeah, this one's from HuffPost. The Department of Homeland Security is choosing not to pay TSA workers while it pays employees at its other agencies amid, the shutdown. This is from Rep. Rosa Delaro, who's a Democrat in Connecticut. She's also the top Democrat on the House Appropriations Committee. In remarks on the House floor, she shared stats on who is getting paid and who is not at DHS as Congress struggles to pass a, bill to even fund it. DHS is huge and includes agencies like Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as we know, and Customs and Border Protection. And I quote, at this moment, 85% of ICE and CBP are being paid. Secret Service, 75%, Coast Guard 85%. This is all from the. From DiLauro said TSA workers, zero. The department made that decision. She said, I'm sure. In concert with the President of the United States, that these folks who are expendable, that's what they. How they're treating everybody because they want to privatize. It's in Project 2025, everyone. It's like chapter five now. Delaro said TSA Deputy Administrator Ha Nguyen McNeil confirmed this during her Wednesday testimony before the House Committee on Homeland Security. TSA officers are approach six weeks of work without pay, which has resulted in nearly 500 agents quitting and thousands calling in sick every day. During her testimony, McNeil described the financial hardships piling up on TSA workers. And I quote, officers are reportedly sleeping in their cars at the airports to save gas money, selling their blood and plasma, taking on second and third jobs to make ends meet. This is what she said in her prepared remarks and went on to say many have received eviction notices, lost their child care, missing bill payments, and been charged late fees, damaged their credit, defaulted on loans, and have been unable to even qualify for a loan to help ease the financial burden during the shutdown. This is fucking infuriating. They're playing with people's lives.

Literally.

They can fund this. It feels like the same thing as sending. Not the same thing, but you know what I mean. As, sending troops over into this war in the Middle East. It doesn't need to happen. They're playing with people's lives for a political agenda. People are losing their homes. They're not able to get childcare. This is such bullshit. I would be so fucking pissed. And I can understand. Listen, I travel for a living. I understand why these people are quitting and calling in sick. I really do. I hate it. It affects me. But also, this is, The least of my problems is the worst of theirs.

Yeah. And I'm pissed off on their behalf, like I. You. You're so right, Dana. This is straight out of Project 2025. They've been wanting to dismantle, say, whether it's inside DHS or outside DHS for a long time. So I'm really glad that you brought up that point because it was all written down.

Sure was.

In Project 2025. All right. Some better news today from Reuters. A U.S. judge on Thursday dismissed Twitter's antitrust lawsuit that accused the World Federation of Advertisers and major companies, including Mars, cvs, Health, Colgate, like all sorts of companies, of illegally boycotting Elon Musk's social media company. Remember when all the advertisers left because all the Nazi shit that was happening?

Yeah.

And Musk sued and said that there was some sort of a boycotting conspiracy with, these advertisers that's been thrown out. Now, their lawsuit filed in 2024, said the advertisers, acting through a World Federation of Advertisers initiative called Global alliance for Responsible Media, collectively withheld billions of dollars in advertising revenue from Twitter. I mean, to, to have the fucking like gall to sue advertisers for not selling on your platform?

Yeah.

That's insane. Yeah. Yeah. Now the companies in a court filing in the lawsuit said that advertisers independently chose rival platforms due to concerns about Twitter's commitment to brand safety following Musk's 2022 takeover, during which he fired employees they said had kept the site welcoming to users and accommodating to family friendly brands. Boyle wrote in her order the judge, quote, the very nature of the alleged conspiracy does not state an antitrust claim and the court therefore has no qualms dismissing it with prejudice. So he can't even bring the lawsuit again.

Oh my God. All right, thanks ag. I've got a little bit more good news from Politico. Republican led initiative to repeal an anti gerrymandering law in Utah. It's going to fail to make November's ballot despite garnering support from the President, Turning Point Action and a host of other GOP influencers and organizations. The ballot initiative, which attempted to repeal a 2018 law that created an independent redistricting commission in the state. It dipped below the requisite signature threshold after coordinated signature removal campaign, according to data released Thursday by the state election office. Now an initiative's failure first reported by Deseret News. It's a major blow to Republicans in a deep red state who attempted to overturn a new judge ordered congressional map that hands Democrats one safe blue seat. Repealing the anti gerrymandering law would have allowed the Republican controlled legislature to reinstall a more favorable map ahead of the 2028 elections. The effort garnered support from Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr. Turning point action signature gathering efforts. They were funded by Securing American Greatness Inc. I would love to see who founded that. A nonprofit aligned with the President that was previously run by former Trump White House official Taylor Budowich. Now the effort turned chaotic with signature gatherers reporting being assaulted and accusations of fraud. The failed attempt to overturn the law is the latest victory for Democrats in the state following the most recent decennial census in 20 I, guess 21, the Republican controlled legislature broke up a Salt Lake City based GOP held battleground district in favor of four solid red seats. After a years long legal fight, state courts installed a new map that has one deep blue sea based around the city and three red districts in the rest of the state. That court ordered map is going to be used in November and I don't think the other reds might be as safe as they think they are. Utah law allows petition signers to remove their signatures within 45 days of the state's election office verifying it, offering a window of removal after the submission deadline has passed. Better boundaries and other groups launched a signature removal effort that successfully wiped out over 7,000 signatures through canvassing and prepaid mailers requesting voters remove their signatures. That is amazing. That is amazing they were able to do this.

Yeah. And I learned something new today, that in Utah you have 45 days to remove your signature from a ballot measure initiative. That's fantastic. So you can actually put together signature removal drives. So congratulations Democrats in Utah. All right, everybody, Fugalsang is here. Mr. John Fugelsang. We're talking to him right after this break. Stick around. We'll be right back after these messages.

We'll be right back.

The last time I bought something online, I had that familiar moment where checkout suddenly became a test of my memory. Which login did I use for this site? Did I already make an account here? Is this the password with the exclamation point or the one with the number at the end? it's a pain. It's amazing how fast online shopping can turn into a scavenger hunt. And then I saw that purple pay button at the top of the payment options, which is always such a relief. No hunting for a card, no stopping to reset passwords. No extra friction. Just one tap and you're done. That's why Shopify has my attention. They are a platform behind millions of businesses worldwide and about 10% of all E commerce in the US from brands like Kim Kardashian skims to businesses that are just finding their footing. What stands out to me is how much Shopify helps me simplify that you can choose from hundreds of ready to use templates to build a store that actually looks like your brand. You can create email and social media campaigns without needing a whole marketing department. And you can keep the important stuff in one place for payments, to analytics, to inventory instead of stitching together a bunch of separate systems. There's also an award winning 24. 7 support, which matters when you're trying to figure out things in real time. What I love about Shopify is that it grows with you, you can scale. So whether your business is launching its first merch drop or becoming something bigger, the platform will keep growing with you. It's built that way to help you reach new heights. Hey, everybody. Welcome back. It's Friday on the Daily Beans that means it's fugal saying Friday. So joining me is my good friend, New York Times bestselling author of Separation of Church and Hate. Working on another book. Working on another book. My friends.

Yeah, they're killing me.

He also hosts Tell Me Everything on Siriusx in progress, channel 1 27. That's weeknights, 9:00pm Eastern, 6 Pacific. Of course, there's the John Fugelsang show podcast and the substack. And you can see him probably live on stage in a town near you at some point. Please welcome.

There'll be a lot of that.

Yes, John Fugelsang. Hey, buddy.

Thank you, Dr. Gill. Thank you for having me.

No problem. Again, you can just call me Allison. Only white Republican men have to call me doctor.

Sorry, my parole officer keeps reinforcing these messages. But thank you. It's good to see you. And, and a happy, happy Florida special election. Donald Trump is now represented by a Democrat in the state Senate. It's a good day.

That's so great. And in an election that he endorsed the other guy, like, vehemently and voted by mail even though he was in Florida at the time. So.

Oh, yes, there is a sinkhole. A sinkhole is opening up under the Republican Party since. Since he oozed back into office last year. Democrats. Tell me if I'm wrong, Alison. Democrats have, I believe, flipped 30 state legislative seats and Republicans have flipped zero. Like, like, they have flipped Tampa, New Hampshire, Arkansas. Democrats flipped a seat in Arkansas. That's like. That's like Hawaii beats Alaska in a snowball fight. Like, the voters are coming for this guy. He thinks the media is out.

Sean Harris forced a runoff in Marjorie Taylor Greene's district.

And I love Sean Harris that he's done my show a few times. That man is so beautiful. I would love to see him somehow pull out a. And you know what? It could happen. Because I think the defining story of these midterms are going to be the same as 22 and 18. It's not that there's going to be, an extra large amount of moderates and progressives out there. It's that a lot of MAGA folk are just going to stay home. They're just going to stay home.

They are. And, you know, as far as the independents go, people who aren't as plugged into politics as you and I, all they see is gas prices going up, inflation increasing, a needless war, that they were promised wouldn't happen. In fact, they were promised it would happen if they voted for the Democrat.

Oh, yeah.

And all they know is that the Republicans are in charge of the House of Representatives, the Senate, the White House, and the Supreme Court, if I'm being honest. So that's kind of how these sort of midterms work for. And again, when I say low information voters, I don't mean it as an insult. I just mean it. They are low information voters.

Yes.

They don't get as much information as we do.

They're not news nerds like us. Yes.

Right. That's what they see going into these kinds of midterms. We saw it in 2018. We prevented a massive red wave in 2022 after Joe Biden took office.

That's right.

These are the kinds of reckonings that they're facing. And now with probably Congressional Republicans are very, very upset about TSA not getting paid right now. And the Democrats put forward eight bills to fund tsa, and they keep getting shot down by Republicans. They know they're getting blamed for this headed into the midterms. They know it.

Yes. This is now a reality show called, America. What could possibly go wrong? And, like, I mean, TSA agents haven't been paid in weeks. Get aside the fact that we've got 13 dead soldiers. what is it, 190 injuries? Yeah, 290 injuries, I believe. Diesel, is over six bucks a gallon right now. Gas, on the average, is around five. I'm in LA this week, and gas is, like, five bucks in a gallon everywhere. And now the TSA agents haven't been paid in weeks because of this shutdown. And Democrats have really, really held the line. We're not giving them enough credit. They have had really three criteria. They were like, m, you have to make ICE follow the laws. A, they have to get warrants before they drag a woman out of her house or her job or her car by her hair. You have to have a warrant. B, you have to have body cams so we can see if you are or are not committing human rights abuses. And since you're not, why would y' all be so scared of having body cams? And C, accountability. You don't get to wear a damn mask. This isn't watchmen. You can't wear a mask and ask me to believe you're the good guy. And instead of fixing all this, instead of paying the people who are trained to keep the plane safe, he wants to have the unpaid, trained TSA agents and the paid, untrained ICE agents, filling in the gaps. And so they don't want to fix the system. They don't want to pay the people, he's deliberately going to extend the security line chaos to our airports. And Trump alone is holding the TSA funding hostage. John Thune went to him over the weekend with a bipartisan bill that would carve out ice. Trump said no, because like everything else, he needs to cheat in this election. And so he's withholding his signature until he gets a guarantee the SAVE act is passed, which it's never going to be passed. So, I mean, this is where we're at right now. It's like, it's like ice in the airport. It's like if a hospital said, well, the surgeons are on strike, but we have some parking lot attendants from the hospital who are totally willing to step in and remove this kidney. And this is happening because chaos is the product. They want to normalize seeing ice in our public civic spaces. So if you get used to ice in the airports, it won't seem too weird to see them at the polling places come November, right?

As Bannon said, this is a dry run for putting ice at some places. And, you know, it's gotta be that, because otherwise it's one of the biggest political blunders of all time. Having paid undertrained ICE agents standing around playing Candy Crush on their phones while the TSA agents, they had, you know, one of the TSA agents at LaGuardia was like, gave a quote to, a, local paper saying, this is bullshit, that they're here doing nothing. We're here doing the work and not getting paid. Why don't you send them home and pay us? So it has to be a dry run for putting ICE at polling places. This cannot have been a well thought out. This will buy us political points. No solution to this problem.

And as you pointed out, how can the party with the White House, the House, the Senate, and the Supreme Court blame the Democrats who have no power for all of this happening right now? That's the whole scheme. I mean, and I don't think John Thune wants to do it. But you're right. Steve Bannon just blurted it out like a Scooby Doo villain. In the end, it's a test run for elections. So this is the plan, right? They're like, they want to have show me your boarding pass transition into show me your papers. And it's not a blunder. Just like the Iraq War was not a blunder. They like to call it that, but there was no blunder part. They knew what they were doing. All of that money that went to kbr, that was Not a blunder. The Iran war is a blunder. But this here in the airports is not. This is a strategy. Just like. Just like he shook down and blackmailed Zelensky. That was all to cheat in an upcoming election. And that's all this is, too.

Right? And then now we've got, I mean, just today, he admitted it. Donald Trump said something to the effect of, well, it's not a war. I don't call it a war. I don't use that word. I use the word excursion because if I call it a war, I would have had to have gotten permission from Congress. Like, he just.

Yeah, told everybody, well, we're going to Costco. It's an excursion. Right.

I think probably a general said it was an expedition. And. And he just, oh,

Oh, what did you. What did you do in the excursion, Daddy? What was. What Was World Excursion 3 like for you? I mean, you know, and again, this is all a test run. Steve Bannon told the truth. None of this is happening by accident. Chaos is the point. Which is. Which is why, on top of all of this, I was so thrilled to see Minnesota, the great, beautiful state that gave us Bob Dylan and Prince, that Minnesota is done saying, you betcha. And they're saying, we'll see you rat bastards in court. Thank you, Keith Ellison. I mean, they are suing over evidence. Not over politics, not over hearsay. Like, three shootings in 17 days in January. And, I mean, Alex Pretty, Renee Goode, who we know who were killed. And then there's also the shooting of Julio Cesar Sosacelas, whose cousin was getting into his house, and an ICE agent shot his cousin, and it hit Julio in the leg. He lived. But that's three shootings of Americans in 17 days in one month. And every time, you know it, the FBI said, oh, we'll cooperate. We'll cooperate. And then, you know, they vanish like Melania after breeding duty. And the state has been so patient, they're like, hey, we have to investigate crimes. And, you know, Cash Patel is like. Kash Patel is like the. The sophomore in college when the RA Is knocking on his door about the weed smell. And he's like, you can't come in. There's nothing to see here. And it's like, Trump showed that photo. Trump tweeted out that photo of allegedly Alex Preddy's gun that was taken from him before he was murdered and just thrown on the front seat of a car, like, next to charging cords, like, I don't know. I haven't watched enough law and Order. But I think that's evidence. Tapper, he admitted it himself. So I just think it's amazing. I mean their attitude, these states rights, law and order guys appears to be we're going to murder Americans. Hide the evidence, protect the killers and then tell the local cops they can wait in the lobby. And I know that it's going to be a long wait, but thank God they're doing it. I want to see more state attorneys general file lawsuits exactly like this because it's going to take all of the above.

Yeah. And it's, you know, it's a step in a process. You know, first they tried to put a, preservation, order in for the evidence. They didn't get that. So then they filed their formal TUI requests to the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland security under the DOJ and DHS's own TUI regulations to hand over the evidence. They were denied or ignored. So now this lawsuit is step three. If, when they lose this lawsuit, then the next step is to get maybe a state court to issue a warrant to get this evidence. But. And then you have to go through these. Basically, this is due diligence. Right, Right. You got to go through these steps so that when you do file that warrant to get this evidence in state court, they don't go, well, what other remedies have you gone through to.

You're exactly right. They're. Yes, they're dotting all the eyes. Keith Ellison is being so thorough on this and. And again, Renee Good's suv, the car where she was shot in the head, the car where ICE let her bleed out and die while they had medical people on site offering assistance. But they let the woman die. That vehicle has been shrink wrapped since January in a, in a federal holding center somewhere and not allowed to be investigated. And the government doesn't want to invest.

If we're lucky.

If we're lucky. Yeah, you're right. It could be a cube somewhere.

They preserved it. Right. And so, yeah, I'm very glad that they're doing this. Mary Moriarty too. Hennepin County.

She's too. Yes, yes, she's. She's amazing as well. And, and I mean again, like, people will forget this story. It'll feel like very long ago. And so I'm so glad that they're keeping it on the front of the headlines. And by the way, as, as of Friday, as of today, the day this show drops 90, eight days since, Pam, ah, Bondi and Trump have broken the law over The Epstein files. 98 days since the full unredacted Epstein files protecting the names of the victims were supposed to be released by law. That's it, man. I mean, all of these distractions.

Pam Bondi's busy going through Arctic Frost Jack Smith paperwork to hand over to Chuck Grassley. Did you see that Ms. Now story that she accidentally gave over a memo that included, some stuff about the Volume 2 classified documents case?

But was it accidental? Do you think it was accidental? Do you think this is Pam Bondi beginning to look for a little opening for herself somewhere down the road? There's always the horrible possibility that Donald Trump dies in office before he can pardon all these miscreants. And I think that, you know, I think she's stupid. I don't think she's as stupid as Hegseth. Trump's coming out saying it was all Pete's idea, and Hegseth is like, you know, he doesn't realize he's already the fall guy. But I was wondering if he.

If.

And I wanted to ask you if you think that, Pami is looking for some wiggle, room for herself by letting that come out accidentally.

I don't know. I don't know how it would buy her anything. All I can think is that she's violated Judge Cannon's order that nothing about volume two can leave the Department of Justice. So that's an interesting court, order violation from a friendly judge.

That's right. We know how much Judge Cannon cares about following the law to the letter.

Of course. And, you know, it might be interesting, too, if the Columbia University group, the Knight Group, that's suing to get volume two of the report. It'd be interesting to see if somehow they say, oh, DOJ has conceded that these things can be released. They themselves released something from volume two, and in that opened the door for us to release the entirety of volume two. That would be interesting. At least it's going to make. Make the DOJ's argument more difficult to keep the report, to keep that final volume two under wraps.

Did you ever think we'd see a time, Allison, when. When we could trust the ayatollahs more than the White House? Did you ever think we'd have this talk? I mean, like, the Ayatollah is giving more accurate press briefings than the White House?

I thought that myself when they were like, we didn't have any talks. There's no talks this Monday morning when. When Donald Trump manipulated the stock market by postponing his. His destruction of the electrical grid in Iran. I was like, oh, they called it out.

They called it. First they called him a pedophile, and then they said he's manipulating the stock market. And it's like, y' all are telling more truth than any cable news. I know. Trump announces the war is won. Oh, but we're sending more troops. And, we wish NATO would come help us. Oh, and there's peace talks happening, and Iran is literally going online saying, yeah, bro's negotiating with himself again. Like, if the war is won, why do you need more soldiers? And if you need more soldiers, what exactly did we win? He's confessing, isn't he? He's saying out loud, we didn't think this through.

Well, yeah, and today he's like, if you don't do these talks that I'm talking about or whatever, I'm gonna blow you up even more. But I was told they were already completely blown up and that there wasn't anything more to do.

Yeah, that's why we need 2,000 paratroopers, because we beat them so hard. Now we need 2,000 boots on the air.

They're sending in the 82nd Airborne. When they sent in two, one and then a second Marine Expeditionary Unit, I was like, all right, Marine Expeditionary Units. But, a friend of mine who used to work for the State Department was like, when you want to really talk about getting into a ground war, watch what they do with the 82nd Airborne. And here they are. And Iran won't negotiate with Wyckoff or Kushner. They said, send J.D.

vance.

Yeah, they're smart. These guys know what they're doing because they know that J.D. vance is the guy who spent years saying, don't do this. And now he's arguably the most compromised on this issue by having to forfeit that conviction like every other conviction he's had. And again, it's another reminder that we. We have to stay healthy. You guys have to take care of yourself, because it's really important that everybody outlives Donald Trump, because just imagine the stuff that's going to come out once he's gone, once the NDAs don't apply anymore. I mean, look what's coming out now while he's still there. NBC reported that this guy's not even getting full intel briefings. They're showing him two minute highlight reels of explosions. Yeah, like. Like that's how he's consuming the war. He's. He's like microdosing TikTok videos. Here you go, sir. Lots of shit blowing up. It's so much Winning. It's really cool shit. You're Gonna love it, Mr. President. I mean, like, we're literally handling our Commander in Chief like a kid with an iPad at a chain restaurant.

Yeah.

And it's not a surprise to me, when I talked to Miles Taylor about his book Blowback, he talked about having to give one night, he had to give a brief to President. Him and some other people that put together the President's daily brief. Talking to some of the generals, Joint Chiefs of Staff, they're like, we cannot do this in Syria. We cannot pull these troops. Right. And so they put together, like, the generals put together a very smart 40 page brief on why it's a bad idea. And Miles Taylor's like, no, no, no. One page at the top, it has to say, pulling out of Syria will make us losers. Do you want to lose? Question mark, exclamation point. And then, you know, wow, like, put together, like a couple of sentences, a couple of bullet points on how America and you, Donald Trump will look like a total loser if you do this. I mean, that's how they have to. Briefly.

He's right, though. He was right.

And now those guardrails aren't there anymore.

And by the way, I'm impressed with Miles Taylor because I would have gone for the puppet show right away. I would have used the puppets to explain the whole thing. He just was able to distill it down to one page. So. Well done, Miles. Well done. You, hear Dershowitz, by the way, you hear Epstein's pal Dershowitz saying that if Trump was in charge, Dershowitz went on Newsmax, first of all, and I don't know how they scored that booking, how did these guys manage to catch up with him outside a restaurant in Martha's Vineyard? But Dershowitz said that if Trump had been in charge in 1936, the Holocaust would have been prevented. He would have gone after Nazi Germany and destroyed it the way he's destroying Iran.

Like the guy who's building 10,000 person concentration camps.

Yeah. The guy who commits. Who praises Putin, who's committing daily war crimes and genocide across Europe. This is Trump who loves dictators, he loves xi. He loves Viktor Orban, he writes love letters to Kim Jong Un. He hates fucking NATO. Epstein's lawyer is saying that Trump would have attacked Germany six years before Pearl harbor, because I don't know if you know, but that's what the America first movement was all about in the 30s. Let's get in the war. Now. That was really popular with the right wing Hitler would have complimented Trump and we would have joined the Axis. That's exactly what would have happened. And I'm pretty sure Alan Dershowitz would have sided with Hitler and then he would have complained that he doesn't get a good table at a Martha's Vineyard restaurant.

Yeah, well, as Donald Trump pointed out to the Japanese prime minister, it was a surprise attack, back in 1941.

Can you believe it? Can you believe. Took eight, took 85 years. And finally Americans feel bad for the Japanese about Pearl Harbor. 85 years it took, and Donald Trump made it happen. Now America are the creepy ones in Pearl Harbor.

Yeah. Anyway, my God, just so. It's just so much going on. But I appreciate you coming on and talking to us today. And, I really encourage everybody to pick up a copy of your book. Tell us about the new book. What's going on?

No, the new book is all about, fake Christians. It's a guide to fake fake Christians and how to spot them from, from the Roman Empire through the Crusades, through Columbus, through slavery, through segregation, through Hitler, through maga, and how to spot the patterns. And it's all about these gospel grifters and holy hypocrites and theocratic thugs.

Well, now I want to go watch Leap of Faith. Thank you for reminding me. I appreciate your time today, everybody. Check out Tell me everything on SiriusXM M progress, channel 127. You can catch that show weeknights at 9pm Eastern, 6 Pacific. It's a call in show so you know you can call in. Like that one caller called into C Span with Pete Sessions. Oh, yes, was pretty amazing.

And by the way, I thought I disguised my voice pretty well, didn't I? I was proud of that one.

Ah, nice, nice work, my friend. We'll see you next week. I appreciate your time.

Thank you. And thank you. Very attractive audience, everybody.

Stick around. We'll be right back with the good news. Everybody. Welcome back. It's time for the good news,

Absolutely. All right, next up from Stephanie Wade. She and her. Hi Allison and Dana. I wanted to tell you about how I and others are making sure that trans TGI civil rights are an important part of the new Kings 3 message. This is awesome, Stephanie. Thank you. March 31st is trans day of Visibility. But I'm flying from Orange Bama, I mean Orange county, to be part of the National Trans Day of Visibility program being held on the mall in Washington D.C. in conjunction with the no Kings 3 events this Saturday 328. The event is being led by the Christopher Street Project. Christopher street was founded in February of 2025 with the mission to help build and educate a pro Trans Rights Congress and has already become a powerful trans focused advocate and electoral force heavily involved in such victories as Adelita Grahalda's in New Mexico. And I'll also be attending Christopher Street Project trainings and doing a lobby day speaking to members of Congress and staffers about the need to protect TR rights, lives and dignity. I would love if you could encourage our Acela corridor peeps to join the TDOV protest, the Trans Day of Visibility protest on the mall this Saturday, 10am to 1:30 at the corner of 9th street and Madison and encourage others to support trans people at New Kings 3 wherever they are and support the Christopher Street Project. For my POD Pet tax, here's my cat, Marsha P. Johnson and a pic of me at LAX defying the fascists with my no to ice, yes to nice buttons and just A very quick correction, Stephanie Wade. I think Adelita Graldo is from Arizona, not New Mexico, but that is literally a little bit beside the point. This is a fantastic submission and thank you so much for this information.

Okay, and the cat? I want to pet the belly. Is it a trap? I must know. But look at this amazing photo.

Yeah, incredible.

Yeah. Trans day of visibility is so very important. And Dana and I are going to be interviewing Jay on Tuesday. Youth voice ambassador from It Gets Better.

I cannot wait.

You are going to be blown away by this incredible kid. So, I'm really looking forward to it. All right, next up, Crabby Abby, the nurse pronoun. She and her.

Hello.

Just wanted to share a picture from a brewery in a small town of Charleston, Indiana that's offering a nursing scholarship in the honored memory of Alex Preddy.

Oh, wow.

Excuse me? I said Charleston. It's Chesterton, Indiana. Chesterton is a rather small town in a big red flat, notoriously undereducated, and Governor Braun likes us that way. State of Indiana, Chesterton is home to the Indiana Dunes national park and about 45 minutes from Chicago. We get a lot of tourists from all over and are close enough to a real city to see the incredible benefits of diversity, quality health care, large immigrant communities and higher education. And yet there is a real undercurrent of old time racism and anti wokeness and DEI pushback that has made my husband and I seriously consider leaving the state. But 219 taproom in Chesterton has been a light in these dark times, being so brave and loud in their demand for democracy, justice and kindness. They've held many fundraisers and this newest initiative is to provide nursing school scholarships. It's just one example. I've been a nurse in the community for over the past 15 years and have seen many friends leave the profession altogether due to practices now being embraced by the hhs. But many of us fight on, determined to give quality care to people who need it most. And now, whenever I ask my parents, are you okay? I think of Alex. All this is to ask anyone who visits our beautiful Indiana Dunes national park to also support 219Taproom in Chesterton, Indiana. They're one of the good ones, and the good ones need to stick together now more than ever. For my pet tariff, I'm including a picture of my family's back. Bad dog Donut. Lovingly. If you can't tell donuts breed, you are beyond help.

Okay, that was a, threat. Oh, maybe a little golden retriever.

Yes. Look at you. We're now 100 on dogs for the day. Well done.

Cute, cute, cute. All right, Nan Pronoun. She and her hello, lovely bean squeens. Nan here from the kitchen table days. I saw a wonderful show last night in Woodstock, New York. The band Bertha, also known as Grateful Drag. Aside from the fact that they are wonderful, high energy performers of the Grateful Dead songbook, their origin story is based on resisting the horrible anti trans and drag show laws in Tennessee. They donate part of the proceeds for each show to the local LGBTQ community where they perform as well. Here's a blurb from the San Francisco Chronicle. We'll have a link to that in the show notes so you can read all about it. It my pod pet terror pick with the mutt is Luna. The 14th month old is a blank and the bestest girl. Keep up the fantastic work. You are my daily sanity in this upside down reality. Oh, my God, she's very cute.

I know.

Feel like there might be a little German shepherd in there.

I think the ears are German Shepherd. And then, I don't know, like a Great Dane or, a

dogs and everything.

Pity. All right, let's see.

And Great Dane, German Shepherd.

German shepherd and pity. And super mutt.

Oh, my God. I bet you there's Great Dane in the super mutt.

Yeah, so we're still 100. I agree. wonderful. Thank you so much for that. Next up, John G. Pronouns. He and him. Hello, Beans. Queens. I'd like to shout out my fiance, Megan, with an H for her amazing work as a pediatric dental hygienist. Her practice specializes in treating children with special needs. And my la is regularly requested by parents because of how amazing she is with her children. And a, bonus piece of good news. We're getting married Friday after almost eight and a half years together. Oh, my gosh. Congratulations, John and Megan. As my pod pet tariff, I've included our newest puppy, Rocky Carmichael. He is currently terrifying his two older rescue sisters in the best way possible. I think his breed should be pretty easy to guess. Thank you both for so much for everything you do and Donald Trump and all of his bootlickers.

Oh.

Oh, the baby looks like a boxer.

Yeah, that's got to be a boxer.

Yep.

Yep, it's a boxer.

I mean, when did we ever miss a what the mutt? Never.

Never.

All right, I guess maybe after six

years, we're finally getting good at it.

All right, so help me out with this, because I think it's Quixotic Joy. Or is it quotic Quixotic Quixotic Joy? Pronunciation.

that comes, I think, from Don Quixote.

Oh, there you go. That's why I'm wondering if it's. It's Quixotic. Okay. Quixotic Joy. Pronoun. She and her. Hello, the amazing AG and DGN team. Thank you for all you do to speak truth to power. We need more of that. And I am now contributing too. I write in to share my good news that I just officially launched my podcast, Quixotic Joy. I've been working on it for months and I've been dispatching, but they were really just drafts. The first true episode was published today. Episode one, Dispatch number nine. I also published a short that I think you and your listeners will like. It's hard to have confidence in myself and say such things about my art, but you all have made me stronger and I am so grateful, I can't be silent any longer. The piece is called Share the Wealth, where I state quote, the 50% of Americans who make the least their combined wealth equals the total wealth of just one man. You know his name. How immoral do you have to be to think it's okay to be that rich? No one deserves to be that rich. Rise up.

Up.

See you, March 28th. And you can check out the piece with 10,000 pins at. Ah. And we've got the link for this substack in our show notes. In my podcast, I'll be interviewing nobodies on the ground at this moment. Documenting what will go down in history is a nightmare. Thanks to the mad men and mad women of this regime. Hopefully some of your listeners will join me on the Quixotic Joy journey, where I believe love and kindness will save the world. And for my pod pet tax, I give you our dog, Bear and her chickens. S', mores, Pom Pom and Bossy. You're welcome to guess the breed. And we haven't done a DNA test, but we know she's mostly blank and she is a love. Thank you for making every day brighter and for making me laugh out loud. And while we are in a five alarm fire, Quixotic Joy out.

Okay, so what do you call a black golden retriever? there's gotta be a breed for this, right? Yeah, it's whatever a black golden retriever is. Let's see what it is. A flat coated retriever. See, I knew there had to be a name.

There you go. Well done, well done, well done.

Oh, incredible. What a sweet. I love the chickens too, because I love chickens. But anyway, thank you so much for that post. Next up, and, oh, congratulations, by the way, on your new podcast, adventure. That's so fucking cool. Yes. Grab a microphone, tell your story. Story first. next up. Not first up. We're almost at the end. Are we actually at the end? Last up. How about that from Linda? You've asked for pictures of protest signs. We like. How about some sign making before the no Kings march on Saturday? My friend Dale is a community organizer for Ohio Red Wine and Blue, and she held a sign making party at a small locally owned pizza place here in Cincinnati. About 15 people showed up, made some great signs. One man in particular, with a natural artistic talent made some excellent signs. I was also able to gather signatures for two ballot initiatives in Ohio. One would repeal the current language in the Ohio constitution, which defines marriage as only between a man and a woman. We need to fix this in case Obergefell is overturned and state laws determine who can be married. Good. Yeah, good thinking ahead there. The other would expand equal rights and protections to many more vulnerable groups. Your Ohio listeners can get more information about these@ohioequalrights.org since I can't upload pictures of all the signs, I've attached one of my favorites. And I had to also include pictures of my two. Two sweet kitties. Izzy, Mistress of chaos on the left, the gray girl, and Lucy. They are so soft and snuggly and just the best. I don't know what I would do without them. look at some of these incredible signs.

Fantastic and very pretty kitties.

Yes. Very, very sweet, everybody. Thank you so much for all the good news. again, be safe out there. Tomorrow, take so many pictures and send them all to us. Even if you have to make three or four different submissions, you can just in each one, just tell us your favorite Monty Python movie quote, and then attach photos of the rally if you need to. We want to see them all. Any final thoughts before we get out of here for the weekend, my friend?

Not today.

All right, everybody, we'll be back in your ears on Monday.
